Dear Margaret, Thank you for asking and giving me an opportunity to tell you how much I enjoyed my trip to Ireland. For me it was a dream come true, I suppose I had visions of the Ireland long ago, but with Michael Hogan as our bus driver, he has a way of bringing everything back to the days of old. I felt I got my trip and many years of History lessons all in one. I must say the food was excellant and the accomidations were very good. I loved the people and their friendliness. I brought back a lot of beautiful gifts and a lot of happy memories. Thanks to you and cie travel. Yes I would recomend your Discovering Ireland Vacation to my friends. And I will be going back to Ireland next year. Dolores Logan

Dear Vivienne: Just a few lines to let you know my sister Meg and I had a wonderful time in Ireland and Scotland last month. Again, thank you very much for your assistance and suggestions. The B&Bs were fantastic! We made quite a few friends with some owners. Sorry I could not reach you while in Cork! The hotel in Edinburgh was excellent and quite centric. We walk everywhere! If you are ever in the New York area, please feel free to contact me. I would be delighted to show you around. All the best and regards, Thelma

I just wanted to thank you for all your help in arranging for my stay at the Harveys Country Point Hotel in Lough Eske, Co. Donegal this past June. It was a wonderful place--idyllic with GREAT food. They even gave me and my wife a free room upgrade for my 60th birthday. Thanks for providing me with a most wonderful memory. ---Paul Wortman

Dear Joan, Thanks for sending me the copy of the letter from Malone Car Rental. I received the same letter yesterday and was about to email you. While it was unfortunate in the first place, I am happy they not only refunded my money, but admitted to their mistakes. The refund for unused petrol was an added bonus. I have been in business before and I know that often mistakes are made, especially by employees who may be less than fully qualified, or else they just don't care. It is obvious to me that Malone was truly sorry for their error and they made up for it to my satisfaction. I hope you can give them another chance and continue at least some business with them I would also like to tell you how pleased I am with your service. You can be sure we'll be contacting you when we next travel to Ireland and I will be recommending you to anyone we know who is heading for your grand country. Keep up the good work Yours sincerely, Barry Seid

Ann: Our trip to Ireland was nothing short of wonderful. We had perfect weather, except for a few showers now and then, the only time it rained was when we were traveling from the Cliffs of Mohr to Clifden. It was slightly overcast while we were at the cliffs and the fog and rain did not move in until we were driving away--perfect timing. The only problem we had with all the arrangements you made was with the pick-up of the rental car, Thrifty did not have anything listed in the computer, but they got us a car and we were on our way in no time. The Adare Manor is almost beyond description, and the Innishannon lives up to it reputation as the "Most Romantic Hotel" in Ireland. I spent almost 27 years in the military traveling to countless countries, but I have to say that Ireland is by far the most beautiful country I have ever visited, and the Irish people are extremely friendly. We are already talking about going back with our two boys this time, so if and when we reach that point we will again contact you for our arrangements. Thanks for everything, the itinerary went flawlessly, and we enjoyed the trip immensely. Pat and Mary Ann

Thanks Ann... the trip was wonderful. I have actually already recommended you to others. Your knowledge of Ireland and assistance made the trip great. The only suggestion that I would have is for you to get a toll free (800) number in Ireland. Incase travelers have questions. We also had some problems with the rental. But nothing major, you must have thought I was over 30, but that is not the case. Robert.

Dear Naula, Thank you very much for the packet you sent to me. It arrived today, 6/6/00. I had the opportunity to review all the material and was able to find most of the reservations on the internet. The booklet filled in all but one and the hold out is Dunbrody Country House. I am still searching for that one. However, the quality of the accommodations you have made for me, tells me that this House will be just as good as all the rest. I must thank you for the wonderful trip you have set up for me. The accommodations look absolutely great. I can't believe the places I will be staying. You have certainly taken the time to plan a wonderful tour of Ireland for me. I am sure that it will be a memorable trip thanks totally to your effort. I really appreciate your effort and am so thankful I found you and Discovering Ireland Vacation. What a first trip I will have. I am sure this will not be my last trip to Ireland or Europe and I will be sure to call you and Discovering Ireland Vacation to make my future reservations. Gratefully, Joe McCormack PS.. Make sure your boss sees this, you deserve a raise.
