In light of the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we have amended our cancellation policy temporarily as follows.
While the global pandemic continues to cast a shadow over any travel plans that we may have had for the holiday season, there are signs of hope on the horizon.
The recent uplifting news of progress on a successful vaccine, as well as other potential treatments in the pipeline, give us reason to be optimistic that in time, we will be able to travel safely once again.
Nonetheless, while we do understand that there are still hurdles to be overcome before we can all feel comfortable in planning and booking our future vacations, this does not mean that we cannot be looking forward to and dreaming of that next trip. In fact, we’re pretty sure that the next vacation any of us take may be all that more special given all that has passed thus far this year, and most certainly it will not be one we take for granted as we may perhaps have done occasionally in the past.
Let’s face it, we all need something to look forward to and what better way is there to do this than planning your next getaway now. This doesn’t mean that you have to book anything. After all, most of us don’t even know when we will eventually feel comfortable enough to travel. All of our experienced travel consultants understand this. After all, they are facing the same issues as you are for their own holiday plans. They are here for you now, waiting to help you plan that perfect tour to Ireland, whenever that may be and however long it takes. Only when you are happy to commit to your vacation do you pull that trigger, and with our new ‘Peace of Mind’ policies outlined below, that decision becomes even less of a concern.
We have amended our booking and payment terms and conditions in an effort to allay any concerns about planning or booking a vacation to Ireland at this time.
Pay a nominal €150 deposit at time of booking and your final balance is not due until 28 days prior to your arrival date.
Should you decide for any reason, up to 28 days before your arrival date, that it is not the right time for you to travel, you can choose to postpone or change your holiday free of charge. Contact a member of our team to:
• Move your holiday to the same date next year (guaranteed same price)
• Change to a different holiday or different date (a price difference may apply)
• Receive a voucher valid for 5 years for any amounts paid
If you decide to cancel your holiday within 28 days of your arrival date, normal cancellation terms will apply.
