Coronavirus - Ireland Tours - Book with Peace of Mind find out more
In light of the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we have amended our cancellation policy temporarily as follows.
As we closely follow worldwide developments in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic, we hope that all of our past, present and future clients along with friends and family are keeping safe and well during this trying time. Over the last few months, we have been working hard to move our customers who were scheduled to travel on suspended dates to new 2021 departures and in some cases to later in 2020. We so appreciate your patience and the support that you have provided to us as we work through booking by booking. 2021 is already off to a robust start and we are confident travel will return strongly!
On a brighter note, we can report that Ireland has started to turn the corner as we go through the national 5 phase re-open plan put in place by the Irish government. Hotels, restaurants, museums and galleries are all on course to begin to re-open on July 20th with health and safety measures in place.
If you are thinking of booking a tour to Ireland, there are natural concerns and considerations that you will be facing and questioning before you feel comfortable not just to travel internationally, but also when it comes to booking a tour in advance when there are still concerns about how the situation will develop as time goes by. To this end, we have amended our booking terms and conditions so as to allow far greater flexibility and peace of mind when booking your tour. Depending on the style of tour that you are interested in, we have taken measures to ensure that should you have to cancel or postpone for whatever reason, you will find it considerably easier and less onerous to do so. An example of this is that for all of our Self Drive, Rail and Private Chauffeured Tours, the balance of the tour will now be charged just 3 weeks prior to the tour commencement date as opposed to the former 6 weeks in advance. Further details on this and the other measures we have taken is available from any of our consultants who are available on our Toll-free numbers or by email.
