This 9 or 10 day tour starts with a night in the Clontarf Castle Hotel, then it’s mostly 2 night stays in Donegal, Galway, Killarney and Dublin, so you can really get the most out of each City.

Some Highlights would be the Slieve League Cliffs, the Connemara region, Blarney Castle, The Ring of Kerry and The Foynes Flying Boat Museum! Along the way, make sure to enjoy some of Ireland’s culture and friendly people, to really make the most out of your vacation!

Day 1: Dublin Touring & Glasnevin Museum
Your Irish vacation starts today at 2:00pm at your Hotel, the luxurious Clontarf Castle which dates back to 1172. Touring central Dublin,  classical Georgian Townhouses can be seen line every street, surrounding the river Liffey. You’ll get to visit Glasnevin Museum, Irelands national Necropolis, where Michael Collins, Daniel O'Connell and Charles Stewart Parnell were laid to rest. Come evening you return to your hotel for a welcome drink with the rest of your tour group, before fine dining in the Castles restaurant.
 
Day 2: Ulster American Folk Park & Donegal Castle
Leaving your hotel in the morning, you head northwards, through the heart of Ireland to the Ulster American Folk Park. This reconstruction of old rural Ireland, with cottages and demonstrations of traditional crafts and skills which were once commonplace to this country. See a replica sailing ship and cabins that you would have seen in colonial America! Carrying onwards you head to Donegal where you can take a tour of Donegal Castle, built by an Irish Chieftain in the 15th Century. Located in the centre of the town, the castle was expanded in the 17th century and is now furnished in period style. Later you can check into your Hotel, found just a few miles outside the town.
 
Day 3: Slieve League Cliffs & Glengesh Pass
Today you journey to the fishing port of Killybegs, then on to Teelin, before getting a minibus ride to a point known for its incredible views of the Slieve League Cliffs. These cliffs are the highest in Europe, soaring 1972 feet above the ocean! Take in as much of the incredible scenery as you can before heading back to Teelin for tea and scones. Next you head out the coast to Malinbeg where you can enjoy even more beautiful views. Heading back inland, you go through Glengash Pass, which boasts excellent views of mountains and valleys. Visit a woollen mill to see demonstrations before an early dinner at the well-known Nancy’s Restaurant in Ardara before returning to your Hotel for the evening.
 
Day 4: Belleek China & Lissadell House
Your first visit today is to the Belleek Pottery Factory, founded in the 19th century to bring jobs to the region. Belleek is famous for its high Quality and at the factory you can watch skilled craftspeople form the raw materials into the fine pieces of china! Next up, you visit Lissadell House, a beautiful country mansion, which was built in the 1830's and was the childhood home of Constance Markievicz, one of the leaders of the 1916 Rising. Finally, you drive to Galway, where you can enjoy a guided walking tour of the city after checking into your hotel.
 
Day 5: Scenic Connemara & Dan O’Hara Farm
Today you take a trip to scenic Connemara where you can enjoy walks along its rolling bogs, hills and lakes! The poor farming land of Connemara means that very few people live here, leaving the beautiful landscape nearly untouched, apart from areas of bog that have been cut out to heat local homes! You'll also get to see the Connemara Celtic Crystal factory, where you can see craftsmen cut glass into the fine products they sell. It's off now to Dan O'Hara's farm now where you can enjoy a light lunch, see Connemara ponies and traditional farming methods. Returning back to Galway now, you have some free time to explore or relax before Dinner.
 
Day 6: Cliffs of Moher & Foynes Flying Boat Museum
Leaving Galway, you head south through the Burren region, an area stripped of topsoil, with a lunar resemblance. Travel to the village of Caherconnell where you can watch trained sheepdogs obey commands and herd sheep. Next stop is at the famous Cliffs of Moher, standing 700ft tall above the sea, these daunting giants are a truly memorable sight. Leaving the cliffs, you can stop at Bunratty for lunch before continuing on through limerick city to the town of Foynes, where you'll visit the Foynes Flying Boat Museum, which will inform and entertain you with tells the story of the early days of Irelands air travel in the 1930's. See a replica flying boat, memorabilia from the time and interactive displays. Leaving Foynes you head to Killarney, where you can check into your hotel and relax before dinner.
 
Day 7: Ring of Kerry & Skellig Experience
Today you take the beautiful 100-mile drive that is the Ring of Kerry, with incredible views of the Macgillycuddy's Reeks and other coastal scenery. Along the way there will be plenty of stops for photos and fresh air. Passing through the village of Cahirciveen, you head across the bridge to Valentia Island, where the Skellig Experience is located. These small Islands were once the home of early Christian monks and more recently a filming location for the seventh Star Wars movie! After having lunch in a nearby restaurant, it’s onwards to Sneem, a pretty village with brightly coloured houses, where you can take some photos and a stroll around. Finally, you stop at Moll's Gap, where you can get incredible views of Ireland’s highest mountains, before returning to Killarney, where you can relax for the evening or venture out into Killarney's famous nightlife!
 
Day 8: Blarney Castle & Dublin's Abbey Tavern
Departing Killarney you head to Blarney Castle where you can kiss the famous Blarney stone and visit the woollen mills, which sell quality Irish-made goods. Stop for pictures at the rock of Cashel, before continuing on to Dublin. After checking into your new hotel in Dublin, head to the village of Howth at the north side of the city to end your tour on a high note at the Abbey Tavern with an excellent dinner and a lively traditional Irish show full of songs and step-dancing!
 
Day 9: Departure from Dublin
After breakfast, It's Goodbye for now!

Day 1: Dublin Touring & Glasnevin Museum

For an extension of your tour you can spend an additional day in Dublin and go on an independent Bus Tour as well as visit to the Book of Kells or the General Post Office Museum.
