Converted from Queen Anne stables, Rathsallagh House dates from 1798 and is set on 570 acres of parkland and gardens with an 18-hole championship course and driving range, recently listed in the top 30 (out of 415) of Irelands Finest Golf Courses . Rathsallagh House is a refined place of simple comforts, easy hospitality and country house cuisine at its best, situated close to the stunning Wicklow Mountains, less than an hour's drive from Dublin.

Each of the splendidly appointed guest rooms are individually designed to the very highest standards, with a warm and welcoming country house décor. Each room at Rathsallagh House is fitted with every luxury and equipped with under floor heating, copiously huge beds, elegant bathrooms and are situated overlooking secluded walled gardens.

The kitchen's at Rathsallagh House have an excellent reputation, using fresh home grown produce where possible, to create new Irish country cooking; blending traditional dishes with modern flavours and their fabulous breakfasts have won national awards on four occasions.

The facilities at Rathsallagh House include a sauna with Jacuzzi and steam room and light massage and spa treatments are available. Within the grounds are Tennis courts and delightful walks through walled gardens.

Since it opened in 1994, Rathsallagh's Golf Course has rapidly gained renown among Ireland's golfers. Designed by Christy O'Connor Jnr and Peter McEvoy, to U.S.G.A standards, this challenging 18-hole course measures 7200 yards and is home to the Brendan McDaid Golf Academy. The Clubhouse overlooks the 9th 10th and 18th holes and provides excellent food and beverages. Rathsallagh Golf Club also has reciprocal deals for guests to play at the K Club and Druids Glen.
