8 DAYS /6 NIGHTS

Day 1 – Depart USA for overnight flight to Ireland

Day 2 – Arrive to Ireland early next day
Arrival at Dublin airport. Transfer to Coach with Coach driver.
Travel to hotel for drop off bags and Welcome Tea/Coffee. Check in is at 2pm. If rooms are ready hotel will allow early check-in but not guaranteed. Take a short tour of the city of Dublin through Dublin’s elegant Georgian streets and squares. Stops at Trinity College in the city centre to view one of Ireland’s greatest treasures, the Book of Kells. Following Trinity, travel to Guinness Brewhouse for a tour of this famous Dublin landmark. Enjoy a free pint of Guinness at the end of Tour. Transfer back to hotel for dinner and overnight. After dinner enjoy the Temple Bar area (independent) with live music and entertainment in some of the local pubs.

Day 3 – Dublin to Kinsale, Cork
Breakfast at hotel and check out. Today travel from Dublin to Co Cork. En route stop in Kilkenny for a pub lunch at the famous Langtons pub. Continue onwards to Kinsale with a stop to Jameson Distillery. Situated in Co. Cork Midleton distillery is responsible for the majority of all Irish Whiskey produced in Ireland today. Follow the old distillery trail through mills, maltings, corn stores, stillhouse, warehouses and kilns. View the largest pot in the world prior to sampling the renowned Jameson Whiskey in the bar. On offer too is an opportunity (extra) to become a qualified Irish Whiskey taster, with presentation of certificate. Continue to Kinsale known as the Gourmet Capital of Ireland. Dinner independent in one of Kinsale’s many pubs/restaurants. Spend the rest of the evening enjoying traditional music intowns bars and pubs.

Day 4 – Cork to Killarney, Kerry
Breakfast at hotel. Today travel from Cork to Killarney. Visit Blarney Castle and the adjacent Blarney Woolleen Mills. Continue to Killarney and tour part of the Ring of Kerry showing views of the Killarney Lakes and magnificent landscapes with plenty of stops for photos and sightseeing. Arrive to hotel for check in and dinner in the evening at hotel. Afterwards sample the hospitality of the local pubs with traditional music.

Day 5- Killarney to Galway
Breakfast at hotel and depart Killarney. En route stop at the famous Cliffs of Moher.
Continue to Galway and check into the Maldron Hotel. Dinner at hotel before travelling into Galway City to sample the nightlife. Galway is a University Town. There are many pubs/clubs which specialize in live music or comedy in the City Centre as well as Restaurants, art galleries and excellent shopping.

Day 6 - Galway
Breakfast at hotel. Today for those who wish to see the sights, tour the Connemara Coastline or stay in Galway City and enjoy the lively atmosphere of pubs, galleries, cafes.
In the evening, dinner at hotel and afterwards, enjoy entertainment (Music/Comedy) with Students from University College, Galway (to be confirmed) .

Day 7 – Galway to Dublin
Breakfast at hotel. Today travel from Galway to Dublin.
Travel across the midlands with two interesting stops on the way. Clonmacnoise, situated on the River Shannon, is an important and striking monastic site from the 6th century founded by St. Kieran. The remarkably well preserved ruins include high crosses, round towers and the remains of six churches. Afterwards continue to Lockes Distillery to sample some Irish Whiskey and see how it’s made. Arrive in Dublin for overnight. In the evening enjoy a night of Traditional Music and Food in Dublin City centre at the Irish Party Night.

Day 8
Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to Dublin Airport for return journey to USA
